Public information

These terms cover the public information pages at rovarihq.com. The site describes Rovari, publishes guides and shows illustrative workflows. Workspace signup, member access and payments are currently closed. Browsing the site does not create a paid subscription, reserve a price or promise access to an unreleased feature. The separate Platform Terms and Beta Terms will cover business accounts if and when they are approved and offered.

Product demonstrations and architectural illustrations are illustrative. They do not identify customers or establish that a depicted workspace is publicly available. Guides provide general information about running memberships and classes. They do not replace legal, tax, accounting, medical or other advice appropriate to a particular business.

Materials and permitted use

Rovari and its licensors retain rights in the website's original software, branding, images and written materials. You may read, bookmark, share links to and print pages for your own evaluation of Rovari. Obtain permission before republishing our materials or using the Rovari name or logo in a way that suggests an endorsement. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate someone, or use it for unlawful activity. To report a suspected security issue or request permission for testing, email vdmsmnk@gmail.com. Do not include other people's personal information in an initial report or test a system without authorization.

Privacy and external links

The Privacy Notice describes Cloudflare delivery, the configured Umami analytics tracker, browser preferences and correspondence for the current public site. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices; an external link alone does not create a partnership or endorsement.

Availability, changes and contact

Public information is provided as available. We aim to keep it accurate, but development plans, features and availability can change. Evaluate whether the service fits your needs before relying on it or entering a separate agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may correct or update these pages and terms. Revisions will show an updated version and effective date here. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
